1. What we collect

Account data, profile information, usage data, voice recordings only when you call our line, visual data only when you submit images, and anonymized telemetry. We do not collect: facial-biometric identification, financial card numbers, browser fingerprints, or government IDs.

2. How we use it

To operate the service, bill you, improve the platform via anonymized telemetry, send you opted-in messages, and comply with law. We do not sell your data, share with advertisers, or use it to train outside systems without explicit consent.

3. Your rights (GDPR + CCPA)

  • Access — Settings → Export My Data (calls userExportData).
  • Deletion — Settings → Delete My Account (calls userDeleteAccount).
  • Portability — export is in standard JSON.
  • Objection / restriction — privacy@clemindaum.com.
  • Do Not Sell (CCPA) — we do not sell. No action required.

We respond within 30 days.

4. Sub-processors

We use trusted infrastructure, authentication, payment, communications, analytics, and platform operations providers to deliver Clemind AUM. Current sub-processor details are available by request and through our DPA. EU/UK SCCs adopted via DPA.

5. Retention

Account data: until you delete. Operational activity: 90 days unless required longer for security, compliance, or accounting. Voice recordings: 90 days. Payment records: retained as required by law and payment-provider policy.

6. Security

Encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Documented incident response, threat model, and breach-notification process. Notification within 72h per GDPR Article 33 if your data is impacted.

7. Changes

Material changes get 30-day email notice to account holders.
