1. Acceptance

By signing into Clemind AUM with a Google account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Account

You must be 18+. You are responsible for actions taken via your account, including approved platform actions that may incur cost after launch.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform for illegal activity, harassment, fraud, CSAM, unauthorized scraping, or to circumvent identity and approval gates. You may not use AUM Vision to identify individuals via facial features. You may not reverse engineer Clemind AUM. Severe violations result in immediate suspension; lesser violations get 7-day notice.

4. Marketplace (Spectrum)

Sellers grant us a non-exclusive license to host their listing during marketplace availability. 30% platform take rate (15-20% for Verified / Top creators). Buyers assume responsibility for approved marketplace actions; CAMA provides governance but does not warrant listing quality. Payouts monthly, $25 minimum threshold.

5. Tiers + payment

Stardust (free) · Comet $19/mo · Planetary $49/mo · Stellar $299/mo · Sovereign $2,500/mo · Enterprise (annual). Cancel anytime in Billing. No prorated refunds. Voice-line usage above tier limit billed at $0.05/min.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you submit. Outputs belong to you, subject to applicable AI-copyright law in your jurisdiction. Clemind AUM and its proprietary platform components are © 2026 Agentic Agentic Enterprises and are not licensed for redistribution.

7. Disclaimers

Service provided "as is." We do not warrant fitness for a particular purpose, output accuracy, or specific outcomes. Not for safety-critical, financial-advisory, legal, or medical use.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the greater of $100 or what you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You may delete your account anytime via Settings → Delete My Account. We may terminate for Acceptable Use violations or prolonged inactivity. Data purged within 30 days except records we are legally required to retain.

10. Governing law

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, governing law and venue are defined by the applicable order form, enterprise agreement, or platform operator terms in effect for the account. Class-action waiver subject to applicable consumer-protection law.
